Refund and cancellation policy
What to do if a donation was made by mistake, and how to cancel a monthly gift.
- Donations are voluntary and are not normally refundable.
- If you donated by mistake, were charged twice, or entered a wrong amount, write to sevaind@outlook.com within seven days with your transaction details.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within ten working days. Any receipt issued for that gift is cancelled.
- You may cancel a monthly gift at any time. No further debits are made after cancellation.
